Rubbish doctors, haven’t managed to get in on multiple occasions and I’m getting fed up of trying to be seen by a doctor but not being able to every time. Ringing up at 8am to be told by 8:05 they’ve got not space for any call backs any more.

This Surgery took me off their register without telling me. I only found out when I went to renew my prescription. Average time it takes to answer a call is 45 minutes. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Only upside if you can get an appointment the drs are good.

This GP has deregistered me without telling me! Being rude on the phone. Refusing to give me an Appointment and telling me to phone 111 or go to Good Hope. This will be going to citizens advice bureau ! If i could give 0 stars i would.

Best doctors ever but could seriously do with a better system of getting appointments

A five star review for this surgery. Receptionist was polite with me and helped us get along the appointment. A special shout out to Katie, the vaccination nurse who is really good at what she does. Went the extra mile to explain us about everything. I wish her all the best.

Absoloutey rubbish, can never get an appointment, some of the receptionist staff are extremely rude and unempathic- shouldnt be working with the public. Some of the doctors are very unhelpful too.Service has gone downhill.

My wife phoned this Doctors and explained a very delicate serious medical & emotional experience she has been through very recently that she was now faint and heart palpitations the Doctors said we have no appointments and can take your bloods in two weeks the lack of sympathy is horrific , my wife went to hospital got fast tracked and had irregular heart beat got put on a ECG . Something needs to be done with your approach to your patients. Very Sad .

I visited here to attend the private clinic which is located on the first floor, staff were amazing , so polite and friendly. This one star review is NOT associated with that clinic, it's regarding the receptionist in the doctors surgery on the ground floor . Due to not being from the area, I have never visited here and wasn't sure if my appointment was upstairs or down, so automatically, I went to the first reception I saw. I approached the receptionist just to point me in the right direction. She was RUDE! Sarcastic and not friendly at all. I simply said, I think my appointment is upstairs but I'm not sure where to go, she laughed sarcastically and replied well then go upstairs" after explaining I wasnt too sure where I was going as I'd never been there before

Hi Nick I can't express how you have changed my world today. I came to you so low in myself but came out a different person. You put me at ease as soon as you opened the surgery door and welcomed me. You explained everything to me before starting the procedure so that I soon felt calm and knew all would be well. I am delighted with the result and will most certainly be back on a regularly.
