Used to be good, went downhill. Hit rock bottom today when we got a wrong order and they put them phone down on me three times when I tried to complain and get it fixed. Absolute disgrace.

Amazing food. Service is terrible, happily advertise there open on just eat and take money but not deliver the food. Considering I use to deliver for this place Aswell and know how they work is terrible. Will never order food from here again and advise no one else to if you want bad service

We came from Rhondda to buy lunch here but at 13.15 the door was locked. There's no excuse for failing to update your opening hours in here, shame on you.Fortunately, Oasis kebab shop was open a couple of doors away so we spent our money there instead, and it was delicious.

They consistently either forget to bring sauces or they bring the wrong sauce. The sauces are expensive. Sometimes they get a delivery driver to bring the correct sauces but by the time they arrive, the food has been ate (can't delay eating it because the food isn't very warm or fresh when it arrives). Sometimes they say to claim a refund from just eat (they don't give refunds themselves), which is a pain because just eat are not easy to get in contact with. Sometimes they say that we can have something free the next time we order but this is usually just a drink plus we don't really want a drink, we just want the things that we order and pay for to arrive.The food is ok, although it's expensive, barely warm and not very fresh.Not very happy tonight as not only did they bring the incorrect sauces AGAIN but my chicken had a black hair in it. (I do have a picture of it but don't know how to put it here)......................Following on from that review, I need to leave another one.They are not on just eat anymore. They say it's because they didn't want to pay the just eat fees. I have my own theory of why they aren't on just eat.So I ordered my food over the phone, paid in cash, they brought the wrong food and missing items. I called up, the man working there consistently hung up on me while I was asking him to deliver the missing items. He said he was too busy with other customers to speak to me. I just wanted what I had paid for. I couldn't go to just eat as they aren't using just eat anymore. So I paid but I didn't get the food and there isn't anything I can do about it because they are now only doing cash on delivery. I have also noticed a decline in their attitude since leaving just eat. They know now that they can just take money from people without delivery the items and they can just hang up on people and talk to them like dirt and they aren't accountable to anyone (except trading standards).It makes me wonder if they really left just eat for the reason they stated. Maybe they were forced to leave just eat because they kept delivering people's food with missing items and maybe just eat was fed up of having to refund people. Maybe they didn't like being accountable to just eat.I will never be a customer here again and I am considering reporting them to trading standards.
