Absolute cowboy. Steer well clear. Patronising and condescending. A bully actually! Not responsive to texts. Didn’t show up when he said he would and didn’t let me know if he wasn’t coming. Brought a boy with him to look at the job and then sent the boy to do it. Boy couldn’t do it! broke 3 tiles in the process and had to come back. Waited weeks for this and again no communication from either. Eventually came back and said he’d fixed it. Paid him the cash and off he went..little did I know the roof was still leaking and he hadn’t fixed it. This began at the end of November and it still hasn’t been repaired. Spoke to John and he said he’d sacked the boy (who I found out was his nephew) and to get in touch with him. I didn’t agree with that at all as he came with him and that he’d given him the job. Nevertheless I rang him and he said he’d call and surprise surprise he hasn’t. Phoned John back and he said that he was out of pocket for the scaffolding that had to be erected for the books incompetence and when I said that that wasn’t my problem, questioned him about the work and asked him for a refund he started to talk over me whilst raising his voice, before slamming the phone down on me. Please don’t give him your business. Talks the talk but don’t fall for it like I did.
