If I could give zero rating that would still be too high. After 6 weeks and paying our funds, they advise us our sale of our property lease is too difficult and require a further 750.00. totally disgusting. The attitude from the senior solicitor Sarah in Exeter was totally appalling. They really do need extensive training in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Do not touch these solicitors with a barge poll.

She acted for us on the purchase of our property which was an extremely stressful process due to several issues cropping up, but Giselle was professional, supportive and empathetic and pulled everything together quickly to get us in our house before our mortgage expired and we can’t thank her enough for this.
