Always a challenge shopping here. I know what I want and need but struggle to find it. Needed an edge to edge long cardigan. Only one downstairs was over £200 so upstairs I went a few made of slinky shiny cotton not nice. We did have success in the shoe dept very attentive assistant. The layout is more spacious upstairs clothier etc and full price downstairs competitive. Sometimes very overcrowded rows of clothes too overwhelming for me sadly.

First impression seems fine only time will tell but anything better than Ben Burgess lol. Don't take equipment anywhere else but here for service warranty or Purchase.
