First time at LPC. Didn’t know it existed until I Googled Karcher Stockists. Needed advice on the T7 Plus T-Racer Surface Cleaner and compatibility with my 21 year old B 602 pressure washer (still going strong). Chris explained there is an adapter to make it compatible. Both were put by for me and I collected later that morning. 26 hours later I had patios and pavers perfectly clean in 4 hours. A job with a lance that would be stop/start over 2 days. Thanks, Chris. Exceptional service. If only all businesses could operate like this.

Contacted LPC for advice due to an acute problem with my Karcher K5. Stupidly had tried to use the machine without water coming into it from the tap. Thought I would have to take it in to check things but I was given simple clear advice to try a few things on my own. Problem solved. Saved a lot of time and hassle . Many thanks.I have used LPC before and will certainly use again if the need arises. Great that a company is not simply chasing the money and are happy to help the customer.
