4th call out in 4 days, same lift. Contact number on their site coming up as incorrect number, tried from both mobile and landline.

Following posting a negative review we finally had the issues resolved. We are thankful that this was done, however feel we should not have had to turn to social media to get a good quality service.-------DDA lift installation in two buildings has been a nightmare, had nothing but problems with the lifts, engineers won't come out, and servicing just not taking place. Frustrated and trapped. Company culture of blaming users despite the fact a DDA list has to idiot proof by definition. Even had to have fire brigade to release people. Required to have DDA lift under law but permanently not functioning, affecting our organisations reputation and leaving half our brand new building unable to be used.
