I have used this company twice now and both times my dress has come back pristine. My dress is heavily sequinned and beaded so I was concerned it would be ruined after many other dry cleaning companies said I would be cleaning it ‘at my own risk’… however I am really happy with my experience with this company, they put me at ease about the dress and i don’t have one complaint about how it was returned.Fast, efficient and friendly service 10/10

3 years after my wedding, moving house I decided it was time to get my wedding dress cleaned!I seen the Wedding Gown Cleaning Company on Instagram and seen that they are local and offered a collection a drop off service.My wedding dress has come back gleaming and so neatly wrapped in tissue paper and a box to be stored away.Precious memories that I can treasure safely foreverThank you so much!xx

Karen did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning my dress after my wedding. I'd heard that if your dress wasn't filthy by the end of the day, then you had enjoyed yourself so I took this to heart! The bottom of my dress was filthy by the end of the night, but Karen was able to get everything out with no damage to the dress and really speedily. She even delivers or collects within the Liverpool area. Attached are some pictures of the pre-clean, so you can see what she had to work with. Thanks Karen!

5* service from this company! My dress is heavily beaded and lace- which Timpsons advised would be difficult and would be at my own risk especially as the bottom was covered in mud. Following advice from my wedding dress shop I was referred to Karen who put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble, communicated all the way through, and my dress & Veil has come back as good as NEW! I have quite a few friends getting married next year and will 100% be recommending! I can't recommend Karen and wedding gown cleaning company enough! Karen cleaned my dress both before (it was a sample dress and had some fake tan on it) and after my wedding when it was very muddy and she got the dress spotless, looking brand new each time. I also received great customer service and thought the pricing was very reasonable and great value for money.

Karen and her team managed to get my wedding dress looking brand new again after a rather drizzly wedding day that had left the train looking very mucky! Also, such good value for money compared to other places I had looked at. Thank you so much, couldn't recommend the wedding gown company more!

I was hugely let down by the service Karen provided, and wished I had gone to the trouble of getting my dress out the box to check when I picked it up!!! My dress was a very expensive fully beaded dress that I took great care of on my wedding day and I trusted in this company from recommendations- however on return, my dress still had some of the make up stains and dirt from the floor on that we could’ve removed ourselves, (and we’re left to) but I wanted this special dress to be cleaned professionally. It was so badly creased and had lots of pulls in the beads- I asked if they thought these easily removable marks should still be there after a professional clean, and how it had been cleaned. I was told ‘we can stick it through the machine again at your own risk!’ A dress of this value and sentiment should not be put through a harsh machine to come out completely creased and in worse condition that when given. When I expressed my disappointment to Karen, and that we had had to gently remove some stains ourself, I was told I could only have £30 back as a ‘good will gesture!’ A refund is far from a good will gesture. A truly quality company would respect they are dealing with very delicate and special dresses, and want their customers to be 100% satisfied. All smiles until I expressed the service hadn’t been fulfilled. No apology and my last message has been completely ignored. I don’t doubt some of the good reviews for dresses that this worked for, but you can’t clean a lace dress the same as silk dress, or a beaded dress. But they will be thrown in a machine regardless!!
