Bal has fixed several things we found leaking in our house when we moved in. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and has done a great job fixing our leaking radiators and toilet and also replacing an old bath shower mixer. I would definately reccommend BSK plumbing!

Onsite within 30 minutes of phone call regarding leaking pipe. Problem identified and fixed in less than an hour (and as a bonus he fixed our noisy toilet flush while he was here!)Bal is polite and professional - I strongly recommend him and now have him on speed dial in case of future plumbing problems.

Hot Water Cylinder replacement. Prompt, Professional Service, extremely informative on all steps taken and advised on modifications and options. Cannot recommend BSK enough. My warranty had arrived and water heated before Bal left and he talked me through all the paperwork and the warranty criteria. My house is a compact space, service was delivered with a smile even when navigating the spiral staircase with a 170L tank and squeezing it through a teeny loft hatch. 5* is not enough!

He informed me of the cost before starting any work. Found he was very reasonable priced. Now my boiler is working brilliantly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I asked this company round to quote for a boiler replacement because my central heating was not working. He took the cover off the boiler then went upstairs to poke around with the pump. He told me that the pump needed to be replaced which I knew already. He left without giving me a quote and charged £120 - his hourly rate of £100 + VAT. It was not an emergency at the time, but it became one because he left me with a leaking pump. What respectable plumber charges for a quote and leaves the system in a worse state? AVOID

Boiler failure on hot water side only. BSK Plumbing & Heating telephoned circa 09.00am and offered to attend same day between 12.00-17.00hrs, arrived between these times diagnosed fault ordered parts for next day delivery on a Saturday, re scheduled time for fitting on the same day.If you are looking for a urgent same day boiler repair then BSK Plumbing & Heating are against my experience worth contacting, based upon this first time of using them . I would add in my opinion they specialise in urgent repairs, over scheduled work, providing a much need service.
