I would have given a higher rating as I have been here many times however, I bought a tuna melt panini this lunch time and was quite happy until I found a long black hair running through the centre of it. I ended up throwing the majority on the panini in the bin as I had already left town so couldn't return it. Very of putting.

Usually very good service and food. Today totally wrong sandwich given and discovered after a 1 mile walk. On return no real apology. Check your order before leaving here...... other items cold but I won't be back

STAY AWAYYY…. Such a horrible place for food….a year ago they were ok but now they don’t care about food..they mix up everything in your food..PLEASE BE CAREFUL..WONT GO AGAIN..

Better than Greggs, most of the time anyway, often go here for lunch, rarely if ever have complaints. The food is good, priced about as you'd expect but there is a £3 minimum which isn't great.

The Tuna Melt Panini is still one of the best i have ever had. I just wish there was a branch near me but also i don't as i know i would have no control and buy way too many

If I'm ever covering at Harrogate side I get my lunch here as do all the staff, the paninis, cakes, sandwiches are 10/10 everytime and loads of variety to pick from, I spend lots of coffee breaks down here too there quick and no time is wasted, staff are also 10/10 and what I call customer service at its best, if I'm called while waiting they pop it in the oven till I get back, love small set business like this but..... we need one in leeds!!!

Worst one ever seen.. no food quality no hygienic place to go.. as a regular customer i told them to not put tuna in the sandwich but they deliberately did it..please don’t go to this place they put rubbish in the pasty and sandwiches, its not the first time they have done it.. Will definitely take it further.. PLEASE STAY AWAY THIS PLACE..

Visited here years ago and remembered it being really nice and was happy to discover it was still open when visiting this week. Pasties are really big and extremely tasty. They do some different flavoured pasties which are good to try and I would certainly recommend. Staff are friendly and service was fine.

Best cheese and onion pasty ( the slice at £1.90)I’ve ever had. Really tasty. Wish I lived closer. Next time I’m in Harrogate I will buy a few to freeze. So much tastier than Greggs.
