Space NK Winchester

Staff were really attentive, a lady yesterday took the time to help me find a match for my skin colour without me even asking and gave me a little tester to see if it would work for me. She also offered me advice on other products that were really helpful. Will be returning.

Really rude women. Listen to the other reviews they are true. Lady was very rude and mean to me. Definitely sticking to boots they are a lot nicer.

The day I went in the staff were totally disinterested. Chatting amongst themselves. Only stopping when some obviously well off tourist came in. Heard so many good things about space NK and this was my first visit. Needless to say spent my money elsewhere. Where customer service is a priority regardless of how a customer is dressed

Very attentive staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble when I popped in on a busy Saturday morning. The fab staff even entertained my little girls whilst I had my colour matched. Looking forward to popping back for my makeup top-ups. Thank you very much ladies, I’ll be going back to work much more confident thanks to your help.

I went in here with my mum and sister last week, and one of the ladies (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was so so helpful. She recommended the Dr Dennis Gross cleanser and gave me a sample which has now convinced me to buy it! Such great customer service and I’m really grateful for the help

I just wanted to write in about my experience a couple of weeks ago in store in Winchester. I have to admit - I usually get quite nervous when I am approached in store, especially when I'm in a store selling makeup as I have no idea what I'm doing with makeup despite being 32 years old. However, Viv was excellent at not only realising that I'm a bit nervous, but also knowing when I had eased a bit in store and when the right time to approach me was and how best to approach me. She was so welcoming, approachable, helpful and kind and really is an asset to the team there. She was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She talked me through options, she made me feel beautiful both with and without any of the products on and made the whole experience the best that I've had in any store selling skincare products and makeup. She spoke so well of the company as well, which I absolutely loved.

Visit date - 27th October 2023I popped in as the store always seems to pull me in whenever I'm strolling down the high street.It is always such a welcoming, beautiful atmosphere in the store and all of the team are amazing at helping me get what I need.Even when I'm not buying, I don't feel pressured and when I'm unsure, they will offer a sample and not push the product on me. 99.9% I end up back in store buying it as it works so well.Thank you to Lisa & Lynnette who helped me on that day. I didn't get the name of the other ladies in there but they were all so helpful.

Disappointing customer service. Lack of knowledge by staff and then the girl that was serving me wandered off- on looking for her she came back with her coat on went to the front desk talked to her colleagues and when I questioned what she was doing said I’m going on my break. Absolutely disgusted that she thought this was ok. Won’t go again- awful experience and wasn’t made to feel welcome at all.

Staff member extremely rude and I will never step foot in this store again. Popped in to try some men's aftershave as a friend recommended a brand they sell. Was approached by a women who asked if she could help. I replied that I was interested in a particular Oud which to my shock she replied, 'Well you would, it costs £250 a bottle.'Very condescending and I'm not quite sure what she was insinuating but I felt very disrespected. Unfortunately didn't catch her name as I walked straight out but she needs to learn customer service or find a new career.
