It was a hassle free experience with all concerns and requests addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Most of these requests such as rental application forms, inventory, request for broadband installation etc were quickly dealt with and resolved via calls and mails, which was really helpful. My partner and I have recently started renting a property advertised and managed by Hannells and after we found it hard to get responses with other companies on viewing properties, Hannells were very good at arranging viewings and keeping us up to date even when properties were being taken off the market quickly.The process to singing to rent was extremely painless, we asked if we could have the property, they replied the next day after agreeing with the landlord, then we were sent over our credit/reference checks the same day and they were completed in no time. They were flexible with our start date, which was helpful as we were moving cities and needed to sort out transport, and when we came to collect the keys in branch they were extremely friendly, professional and informative, and answered any questions we had!Very satisfied with Hannells so far!

Don’t let with this brach or let your house the customer service is shocking and you won’t get your deposit back and even when you get permission to decorate and because we didn’t have it in writing and they didn’t tell the actual landlord they are saying that we should of decorated even when we were told me could and told we didn’t need put it back as it’s to a good standard but nope they have gone back on what they have said
