Maple Parking

Used Maple parking 2 weeks ago flying from Heathrow terminal 5. After travelling from the north, this was the easiest place to find, also on the outskirts ( no travelling through town centres)we were met by friendly staff, straight onto transfer bus and on arrival back to UK our bus was waiting and our car ready for us to travel back home. We have travelled from Heathrow many times ,this was by far the best parking we have used and will do again.

DO NOT USE. Returned to a cracked windscreen, they’ve taken no liability. Tried to argue that it was like that when I arrived…it WAS NOT. They were clutching at straws on cctv and tried to imply a smudge was. I then asked what they expect me to do as I couldn’t drive it legally, they handed me a piece of paper with an email address and said it takes a day to respond. I landed at 6am and then had to wait for RAC for hours and didn’t get home until 2:30pm and have been without my car a week waiting for insurance to repair my screen. Totally ruined all relaxation a holiday brought.

we used terminal 4 + 5 Maple Parking for our trip to Boston and have 0 feedback for improvement. Got the job done with 0 faff. Our car was left in a convenient spot to pick back up again. The absolute star of our experience was Penny, our driver both to and from the airport. She was incredibly cheery and welcoming and going as far to get to know us and where we were going away to. She has a real knack for breaking the good ol' British tension with strangers. Bravo to Penny, thank you for your kindness! we will absolutely use this service again.

Absolutely avoid this business at all costs. I came back from a long tiring trip only to see that contrary to the 15 minutes they say they send pickup buses, they sent none even after 35 minutes. we then got fed up and called them and after argueing on the ohone had to wait another 10 minutes for the bus to actually pick us up ..... even longer to get to the parking lot. When we questioned the manager about why we had to call them even though it clearly says in their instructions on the paperwork as well as the phone message that we dont need to, his reply was yes some times we dont send buses when there is not that many travellers returning". Basically at the cost of the customer

Used the meet and greet service at Heathrow airport and the service was first class. Dropped the car off the bloke was friendly and explained everything on returning the woman in the office was friendly and the car was ready and waiting for us, it couldn't have been any quicker. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service. We had problems finding the location. The post code took us to a random place. Now that we know where the car park is, it will be easy to get there.The transfer bus to T5 is a quick, reliable trip. Upon our return, the bus was waiting for us, and at the car park, we had no problem finding the car.We will definitely book it for our next trip.Thank you to all the Staff

There was no meet and greet. I had to walk around the car park to find my car. It had 7 more miles than it did when I left it 5 days later and the lights where left on...READ THE SMALL PRINT - I paid the additional fee so that if my flight was delayed or cancelled I wouldn't incur any further costs. My flight was delayed and cancelled so I had to pay £40 which now have to try and claim back to BA.The only good thing about this car park is how close it is to T5

Three stars due as it was one of the cheapest. Car had an 3 extra miles on the clock, was filthy and I suspect I have an extra chip on a wheel and a slow puncture.Take loads of pictures of your car before leaving it there, plus the mileage and make any complaints before you drive off.

We were a bit worried about using this car park as we did see some bad reviews after booking. we made the staff aware of this when we arrived and told them we had made a note of the mileage.The car was perfect when we got back after two week, if a little dusty and no extra mileage.

Roof box badly damaged (scraped) after I left the car, with roof box attached, for two weeks. They asked for pictures of the damage in to compare against the pictures they take routinely when the car is left in their care. Multiple follow-up emails and calls, and promises to respond, eventually led to a denial of liability, more than three weeks later. Obviously, the photos haven't yet been sent to me as yet. I've given them one more opportunity to respond before I take legal action.
