I cannot praise the service I have received highly enough . The bathroom items were of an exceptionally high standard and the process of coordinating and ordering / despatching of the items couldn’t have been smoother . Much credit for this seemless experience must go to the Manager of the Edinburgh showroom , Kelly McKinlay . Nothing was too much trouble for her , always their to deal with minor queries and troubles created by events well out with her control , given the Pandemic .The finished bathroom and en-suite are testimony to the quality of Porcelanosa. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending this showroom and the the team to anyone in central Scotland considering a bathroom or kitchen upgrade or installation

Visited Edinburgh Showroom and had Craig take care of us.Good product knowledge nothing was to much hassle. Craig found solutions for sizing issues for a cloakroom and good advice for a en suite.Will most definitely return for further bathroom updates to follow.

Great service from Nicole in Edinburgh and the tiles are fantastic. We purchased the Image White 600x300 wall tiles and 800x400 floor tiles with the Anti Slip Coating which are rated as R12 - which is perfect for the walk-in wetroom shower area we wanted to create - the anti slip coating works fantastically well. The porcelain tiles were also great to work with using a wet tile cutter and hole cutters.

Customer service is a disaster. I've been waiting for a refund after returning spare tiles for over 4 weeks and I still haven't received it. I’ve made several phone calls to Edinburgh store and every time I called I was advised that someone will call back to arrange a refund but it never happened. I called again this morning and was speaking to Sam, I requested to speak with Craig who is a store manager as he was dealing with my request and was meant to call me back to process a refund. I was informed by Sam that it is not possible to speak with Craig as he is off today and was told again that someone will call me within 15 minutes. This has not happened again, so I called back again and to my surprise the phone was answered by Craig who was supposed to be off today as previously advised by his colleague Sam. This is unacceptable behaviour and a really poor customer service! After making so many attempts to resolve my genuine request for refunding money for the goods which have already been returned in the store, I was lied to! Furthermore, I still haven’t heard back and no one even bothered to get in touch to proceed with the refund.

Kelly and her Team have delivered a fantastic service and helped us create some fabulous projects. As installers, it’s important that we have great products and a service to back it, we can certainly rely on that at Porcelanosa Edinburgh, thanks as always and keep it up!

Unfortunately, their aftersales skills are poor. Once they have your cash, they aren't keen to deal with any ongoing issues or any further help that you may require. Shame really.. as their products are lovely. Maybe try the Glasgow branch instead, or online.

I come in regularly to pick up tiles and grout and always love dealing with Nicole. She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all materials and tiles down to matching grout colours.Thanks Nicole, wouldnt go anywhere else because of you!

Nicole Henderson was brilliant to deal with. Her customer service deserves a 5 star review. From the first telephone call, numerous emails and two visits to the shop she was so helpful and patient while we decided on our purchase.

Products are obviously of a decent standard. However, customer service were nothing short of a disgrace. Both of my bathrooms, and my kitchen, were all tiled and sink/taps supplied from Porcelanosa. A small fortune. I contacted them on the advice of my plumber to ask for help identifying a tap so he could look at sourcing spare parts to repair a drip issue, instead of having to open up bath tiles and removing the tap and replacing. They replied initially asking for a photo, I sent several.Seven times i emailed photos, as a reply and a new email and no reply.I tried an email as a new customer interested in products and got a reply the same day. Go figure
