Once I wanted to buy a car from them and needed to think it over so reserved, when I called after one hour to tell them that I am happy to take it they said it’s gone what was an absolute lie. They lost a customer as I will never come back!

What a different experience here to other used car places. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and give you the time to make the right decision. Got an amazing deal I am over the moon with my car. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Purchased Audi Q7 4.2 TDi, never purchased a car from a garage before, so was very wary, very nicely surprised a great company that is true to their word, came with 6 month warranty, the car had all the problems sorted out, before I collected it, cleaned, fresh MOT and Service, had a couple of fault lights pop up, booked in and sorted very quickly, I would definitely use again and would recommend them, great guys in both sales and service departments

Very happy with overall experience.I purchased a vehicle around a month ago from Cross Strett Used Cars. So,we popped in on the off chance with an idea on what I was looking for but with the intention of just browsing.As luck would have it we came across a vehicle which suited just what we were looking for, in very good condition and at a fair price.We were approached on the forecourt from a friendly salesman and took it for a test drive and we were very happy with what we experienced so we decided to go and talk figures and the possibility of purchasing the vehicle.The whole purchase of the vehicle was fairly quick, smooth and easy. Which from passed experiences of buying a car was a nice surprise. There were offers of add ons to purchase also but these were not'pushed' on us but decided to opt for an extra 12 months warranty on top of the basic period that come with the purchase just for added peice of mind.Unfortunately the car had to go back to them due to a minor unforeseen fault a week or so later which wasn't ideal but was handed a courtesy car so we wasn't without a car. My repair was done with no hesitation and at no cost and was kept well informed with updates from Pete at the garage who was great.I will have no hesitation using Cross Street again to purchase a vehicle and for any future repairs or service. 10/10.

Brilliant. Dan and his team was brilliant .I spent two months looking at loads of different cars. But I went to cross street cars told them what I was looking for and it took them less than a week. The car is perfect I would recommend cross street cars to anyone and everyone xx
