We went here knowing what we wanted and came away thoroughly delighted with our purchase. Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't help us enough even explaining that what we initially wanted would be the wrong type of flooring and explained why and even showed us. The store is well lit and very well laid out so finding what you want is easy, we were not 'jumped' upon as soon as we entered which was a refreshing change. Delivery day had to be changed by us which was no problem. We will be returning to the store as we need more flooring.
