Next Step Podiatry LTD

This is a friendly, relaxing podiatry. It is run efficiently and smoothly. The staff are understanding, and easy to talk to, they allow you to tell them the problem you have and they listen. I have never felt rushed or unheard. 5 stars hardly seems enough! The clinic is clean and inviting. I have always felt safe, which again, when you're suffering from foot problems is a big plus. On my first appointment I was scared and in pain, but soon I was feeling at ease and knew I had come to the right place. I would recommend Next Step Kettering to anybody who needs help with their feet.

Visited today, I'm was diagnosis with cancer last year and through treatments (Chemo/Radiotherapy) my feet have suffered...Emma who I see earlier was so lovely, caring and so professional, I walked out feeling like I had NEW FEET!! :-) I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND and have already booked to go BACK!!!

I would highly recommend Next Step Podiatry. Staff are pleasant and welcoming; the receptionist was very personable and was able to signpost me to the appropriate appointment type for my case. I later attended a gait analysis appointment with Mar-ie. Mar-ie's bedside manner is second to none- she was kind, put me at ease, and explained everything beforehand. The appointment was incredibly informative and thorough. Mar-ie demonstrated a clear passion for her chosen field and I appreciated that she approached my concerns holistically. I left feeling empowered by a multifaceted plan of action, including a exercise rehab plan, recommendations for future footwear/prescription orthotics, and a plan for further investigations. Worth every penny!

This is a great place. The clinicians, Emma, Marie and Nicola, provide an excellent and highly professional service, as does Sara, their receptionist. Their welcome is always very friendly, and the expert advice and treatments on offer are truly valuable. On my first visit several years ago, I was slightly nervous and embarrassed, but such feelings vanished almost immediately. I now positively look forward to my regular appointments and invariably leave afterwards feeling better than I did before and with a little extra spring in my step.

Managed to secure an early appointment after a close encounter with some falling brickwork left my toes a bloody mess. Mar-ie put me immediately at ease and I left with carefully cleaned, manicured and bandaged toes and some good advice and feeling a lot more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service and treatment.. was told it may take up to 6 treatments to clear and it was gone in 3 !!! Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you ladies
