Nice site with a good shop. Good pool available in half hour slots, which is long enough as it's a bit fresh. Club house fine but a bit bingo dominated for our taste

This place is just what we needed peace and quite, the place is beautiful great campsiteWe went out of season so pool (heated) was only open 15:00-17:00 which suited us perfectly after a day out.Pitch sizes are big spacious electric hook up and 330 pitches but I’m sure there more with no electric pitches tooThe setting is beautiful has its own walk around beautiful countryside views of the waterToilet block very clean showers great nice and warm there’s also family bathrooms with a bath toilet and sink in a spacious room so perfect for young children familiesGreat park area and open space for kids to burn off energy and outdoor pool …. Please be aware there are rules in the pool so look on there websiteAs we went out of season we had no problem with the pool at all it clean lovely and warmCampsite was beautiful I will definitely revisitBe nice to see what it’s like in the high season as the club house and restaurant was open but the space looks greatAll in all we had a great holiday

Our second visit and enjoyed it just as much as last year, despite the weather....I would highly recommend this site for a quieter get away.Bar staff are outstanding and Caleb keeps everyone entertained.

Brilliant camp site . Well kept and clean facility’s. Lovely pool and bar . Nice big pitch for the caravan , awning and car . The kids loved it so much we extended the stay for 3 more days . Highly recommend this site .

We had a good time at West Fleet, it was a last minute booking and there were few options. We were a bit worried about the list of rules, but when it comes down to it, it all boils down to common sense and being courteous to the other campers. We booked a large pitch with electric hookup and the pitch was very generous. The facilities were clean and were in good working order. The family bathrooms were a great addition, but they do get closed at 6pm, personally I think 7pm would have worked a little better for us at least. The club house provided decent food and entertainment for the kids. The pool was a good addition, it is a heated pool to 25C. It might not sound warm, but it is warmer than swimming in the ocean. You do have to book your swimming in 30min slots, but I didn’t see this being enforced. All in all, a great place to camp with a family.

My family and I have been coming here for years now. Its been about 5 years since we last visited. We have visited various camp sites across the south but none compare to West Fleet. Just got back home after spending a fantastic week at West Fleet with my family. The manager and staff are absolutely lovely, the entertainment has got so much better and the food is also very good. It is really lovely place where you can take the little 1s and not have to worry about late night noise from others. We had some lovely family's near us as well and it was nice chatting to everyone. The manager has a no nonsense approach with the rules, but they are there for a reason and if you are there to enjoy relaxing time away with your family then the rules are very much appreciated. I can't wait till next year so we can get back to West Fleet! Really lovely campsite, well maintained. Lovely management and staff 10/10

I absolutely love this campsite. The area is clean, views are stunning, quite and friendly atmosphere. Good entertainment. Didn't use the pool nor playground but it looks good. Definitely would recommend.

We just arrived back home yesterday from staying here and my six-year-old cried most of the way home because he didn't want to leave. This was our first camping trip lasting more than a couple of days. There were severe weather warnings whilst we were staying for wind but we had a great time. The site is purely set up to cater for family groups which I think is what made it for us. There were gangs of kids running about the place, playing hide and seek,.riding their bikes etc, and because of the set up we felt very safe letting our kid join in.We were a bit surprised that all the entertainment finished at 9pm but the bar was open until about 10pm. Actually though as we were camping with two young kids, we couldn't have coped staying up too late!The shop is well-stacked (I just read some of the bad reviews on here about about a rude staff member who I can only assume has left as all the staff we encountered there were really friendly and helpful). The pool can be booked in half an hour slots but I was advised they were taking a relaxed approach to this due to it being a bit quiet.We will definitely be back (I have promised the kids).
