Worse company I’ve ever had to deal with in my life . They cancelled the course and won’t refund me - having to go to small claims . WISH I NEVER BOOKED THROUGH THEM !

As sad below this company are rip off merchants who can cancel courses on a whim, STAY WELL CLEAR. They cancelled my daughters course 3 times and refuse to refund due to their T's & C's!

Be aware. If you use this company you'll deal with so much absurd that it is not worth doing it, especially not paying for it. Finished the course over a year ago, at the beginning the venue should take place in Bristol, where was more convenient for me. Then they started postponing it, offering different locations, which were like 2h drive. Eventually the training did not happened, which I've paid for, and they were providing me with training videos. I had questions, but was not connected with any tutors. And one more thing - bought the full packet of items for self-training at home. Some items weren't delivered on time, they came later. One item was't delivered until today. Very disappointed, obviously finished the course as I've paid for it, so had to deal with it myself, and qualified to work, but the stress over their practices is not worth it. Read the small prints before signing in.

Poor company very unprofessional and might even get citizen advice beuro due to classes constantly getting cancelled paid 200 for practical mainly and an online course the practicalThe practical course has gotten cancelled twice I was unhappy and asked for a refund unfortunately as I attempted to see what the online course was like I’m unable to get a refund (what a joke)120 for an online course and only got an £80 refund yeah thanks learnt nothing only thing I’ve learnt is that this company is not great and keeps cancelling there practical classes due to not enough people not being funny but it’s shouldn’t matter as if PAID 200!!!!! Thanks lost money from a poor paying part time job and taking days off work losing more money

I stupidly made the mistake of thinking this was a good company to go with! All I have had is problems. I have requested a refund, can't get hold of anyone on the phone, emailed and they just reply with it will be refunded within 5-7 days.... That was a month ago. Then I get calls saying I haven't paid! I explain I have emails to prove I wanted a refund and they go all sheepish and say they will ring back and get it sorted. Absolute joke. I was so excited to start this but now I don't even know which company to trust on the internet and this has been ruined by this company!Stick to face to face courses!

I recently did the acrylic day course, I was a little worried about going but I needn’t of been it was a brilliant day the group were lovely and the tutor was extremely helpful and no question felt like a stupid question ( I had plenty to ask) it has built my confidence massively and I’ve already completed one full set by the following evening, stiletto French tip and I hadn’t done either of them before even with just gel nails.I then went on to do the sculpting course straight after that will take me a little more time to get use to but it’s what they say practice makes perfect.Thank you next step beauty for the boost and development I needed to get to my dream.

Poor course, poor value, poor customer service! I complained about the content and quality of the course and asked for a refund...still waiting! Complained that they were still spamming me with emails and yep, they keep coming too! Terrible company AVOID

Please avoid, please read reviews on trust pilot. They take your money very fast and do not refund for course cancellations. I purchased a nail course for my fiancée and they cancelled the course due to lack of numbers, I do not want to reschedule and would like a full refund. They won’t do this. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid and go to a legitimate college or university.

I did this course before lock down. They also kept cancelling practical courses. The course itself was very out dated with old nail art. Not very good tuition of acrylic either. The way the woman in the video was applying acrylic would have taken hours to complete a full set. Very out dated application of acrylic too. Please go to a college or attend a course. After doing this course you’d struggle if you went a salon to work. You’d probably have to be re-trained. The very good thing only is the theory. In my opinion the course needs a radical update!
