I have been working as a self-employed carer with Heartfelt Care since 2020, and can highly recommend their professionalism. I have always found Joanna and Jane to be empathetic, supportive and readily approachable; importantly, they are equally sensitive to the needs of their clients and carers. I have experience of caring for clients through various UK agencies over the course of more than a decade and I so appreciate the sincere, kind and caring attitude that Heartfelt promote through the words and actions of Joanna and Jane.

I've been with Heartfelt Care for nearly 5yrs. Its been a wonderful agency to be with thus far. Staff have always been friendly and supportive, especially when negotiating with clients. Sometimes its necessary. In those situations I observed them to be respectful and personable , working towards a harmonious outcome between client and carer. To me this is an agency with a Heart and a Face. Never to busy to meet clients and their family. Wanting to make that personal connection .I speak from my own experience when I say Joanna and her team at Heartfelt have been wonderfully helpful and supportive when I needed help negotiating with a client. I've also met some very pleasant and dedicated carers along the way, and have made new friends too !!!!!

Heartfelt carers have been looking after our mum for over 2 years and our experience with them has been in a different league from all the other agencies we have come into contact with. From the outset Heartfelt has been thoughtful and taken time to find matches with carers who fit mum's needs and situation. At times of difficulty they have been very supportive and worked tirelessly to find solutions, which we have appreciated greatly. The carers have been wonderful and it has been lovely to see the affection mum has for many of them. We feel lucky to be in such good hands! Thank you very much.

Heartfelt Care has provided continuous live in care for our 93 year old mother for 12 months now. Their team, Joanna and Jane, are understanding and accessible and have moved heaven and earth to ensure appropriate and continuous care throughout. They make it easy to discuss practical issues and concerns, and they have introduced some lovely carers. Things have now settled into a routine of two special, but very different,carers who alternate every three weeks. This works really well gives our mother the benefit of continuity, familiarity and variety.

This has been the best experience of a care agency I have had and there have been a few! Joanna is amazing support and truly understands the humanity of this work. The team at heartfelt have been nothing but supportive to me and I have honestly never felt that much support from an agency as a carer. A supported carer adds so much value to the needs and requirements of any client. I cannot recommend heartfelt enough!

I have been working for heartfelt through recommendation of a fellow carer. I am completely satisfied with the wonderful support and care heartfelt offer their carers. They really listen to the carer and always take your needs into account when placing you. Their very good communication skills always supports me when I am not sure of a situation and want the best solution for both cares I change with and my clients I care for. I feel I am always heard and their care is about everyone and they're never far from aid when we need their support. The placements are wonderful and their clients are very kind. I’ve been with Heartfelt Care for more than 4 years. I have loved working with both clients and carers. It’s a loving family and wonderful agency to work for. I’ve stuck with them because they offer the highest quality of service to both clients and carers. I’ve referred four wonderful carers who have since left their other agencies for Heartfelt. You choose your own working pattern and it gives you freedom. What more do I want! Thanks to a friend who referred me. No regrets.

I often find myself recommending heartfelt care to both clients and carers. I’ve worked with them now for six years or more. They manage to hold a tight ship that doesn’t feel ‘tight’. Joanna is very professional and simultaneously holds a space for unexpected possibilities, she’ll do her best to find the right role for you or the right carer for a client. She is after all a superb carer herself and when I was introduced to my first client she would cover a shift if no one else could. She really knows her field and has often given me very good tips or recommendations. She is also very fare and I appreciate that very much. As carers we don’t work for heartfelt care, we are recommended by them which means we are self employed and in turn earn more because of cutting out the “middle person“.I really appreciate what heartfelt care is and what it provides.Joanna models respectful relationships with people so, that is what you get.
