I can't believe that I forgot to add a review about this amazing service! My colleague and I needed a chauffeuring service to attend the BETT Awards on 23rd March 2022 after a well-known taxi service appeared to have no availability (or flexibility) to cater for our needs. I am so glad that we came across Van Marle Chauffeurs! Our Chauffeur sent a courtesy text before arrival. He arrived promptly and demonstrated impeccable patience waiting for my colleague to add her finishing touches to her beautiful outfit. We had the pleasure of being chauffeured in the exquisite Mercedes S Class. Stunning interiors, lighting, comfort, space and the usual excellence from Mercedes. Our Chauffeur also collected us from the Awards venue promptly after he sent a courtesy text. Excellent all round service. This company should be proud of its service and Chauffeurs. Will definitely use this service again, highly recommended.

Me and my wife, Madge, used Van Marle when we went to the theatre on Friday night to see Bat out of Hell.Our driver, Julian, had great knowledge of the London roads, dodging roadworks and traffic to get us there safely and on time.Perfectly priced and all round professional service. I would highly recommend this chauffeur company!

Found them on line and pre booked for 7 of us. They arrived on time and the car looked immaculate. All my family were comfortable and the driver Barry was most courteous. Would you them again.

UPDATE: Modifying this review a 3rd time as I was just informed that because I posted a negative google review they will not refund me my $330 I paid for transportation I never received. DO NOT USE!Personally, I advise not to use this company. The company who I originally booked with (cancelled my reservation over a month ago), is issuing me a check to reimburse the cost I incurred. While I appreciate this gesture, I had to reach out twice to request a refund. I received a response to my second request notifying me that the company had been liquidated. However, no one reached out to me to notify me that the company had been bought out. I do not know if this was prior to my cancellation or after. Regardless, most businesses are able to process a refund on the original payment card, which this company was unable to do (questionable). Due to lack of communication and relaying pertinent information to the customer (myself), I give this company 1 star and note their unprofessionalism.

Van Marle Chauffeurs was great to work with - we arranged a ride for 7 from central London out to Ascot (with two separate pickups) all via email, and another set of rides (somewhat at the last minute) for 14 and they were responsive, pleasant, and efficient helping us get it coordinated easily and answering all of our questions. Having to arrange remotely/via email was not a problem at all and the cars and drivers were top notch as promised, with easy online payment link and receipting. I would most definitely use their services again in the future and would recommend to anyone!

We booked Van Marle online, and were admittedly a bit concerned that they would be London-centric, and might not prioritise our daughter's wedding in Manchester, but they were amazing. Drivers were friendly and professional, the cars were immaculate and they arrived in good time and stuck around ferrying guests the short distance to the venue etc. Definitely recommend.
