FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!we always go to Calvert for our big home appliance purchases and the reason being is that they just to look after you all well nothing is too much hassle for them and if you do have a problem with an item which very really happens anyway. If you get in contact with them they'll sort you out. The members of staff are exceedingly friendly I cannot recommend this company enough. 11/10

ProblemThe only time you really know how good a company are is when you have a problem. My TV developed a fault with 6 weeks left of a 5 year warranty remaining. Calverts came and picked the faulty TV up leaving me with a replacement. They then organised to have the TV checked and repaired if possible. Sadly this could not be done so I was offered a new TV up to the full cost of the original faulty one. Outstanding customer service a fully deserved 5 stars

Took my nan here as she has been going here for years and needed a new freezer. Nothing was a bother for them. When the freezer was delivered the old freezer was taken away and her new freezer plugged in. Very happy. Excellent service.

I ordered my vacuum on a Sunday night and by 11.00am Tuesday morning it was with me.I spoke to a lovely friendly man at Calvert’s when I thought I didn’t have a battery in my delivery, but realised I did have it, we had a giggle when I rang straight back to correct my mistake.My vacuum was the best value on any web site so that was a bonus.

Just taken delivery of a new washing machine, previously purchased chest freezer and tumble dryer from Calvert's Seaham. Excellent sales advice, very fair prices, free local delivery, prompt delivery (can be same day). Old appliance taken away with packaging from new equipment. Overall an excellent business with just the right customer-based attitude. Thank you Calvert's.

Fantastic customer service as always. my washer broke down over Christmas. One call to Calverts and my new washer was delivered the following day. I usually deal with Stephen, this time I dealt with John.
