Staff aren't knowledgeable on fish (they just check a folder, no actual training). Staff member tried recommending tropical fresh water fish to go with salt water clowns (instant death). Products are generally overpriced

The staff can not be bothered. I have went in to purchase fish several times and the staff seem to avoid you. Feel like your being a pest. Staff all need retrained and to help the companu sell instead of avoiding people.. Worst customer service in a shop u have experienced. Avoid if you need help with anything

I have always found the staff in the Greenock store to be very helpful nothing is a bother to them my wife and I went in on Sunday to look at getting a harness for our wee dog and the staff members looked after us we got the right harness and they even adjusted it to fit our wee guy they are a credit to Pets at home well done guys and girls for going out of your way to help!

Visited pets at home to join in on their new pet pals workshop that they now have running every weekend, my son built a little feeding den for the Guinea pigs, made a fish in a bag and got a certificate, balloon & activity book to take home with him.He loved being able to pet all the small animals and feed them.Highly recommend for young and middle aged children as my son really enjoyed himself.

Waited 2 months for my appointment, went in and they refused to take her because they “forgot she was booked in” are now making me wait another month. This is absolutely shocking, the guy was so rude and said if I wasn’t happy I could just go somewhere else. It is near enough impossible because no other groomers will take in new clients.

Don't shop there unless you want the teenage assistant to tell you that you are abusing your fury friends. Then when you complain about the way that theYou have been treated then you are thrown out of the store. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

I had my dog in for a groom and she came out happy and clean! I booked online and it was pretty straight forward. The staff called me when they had finished. She must have had a nice experience with the staff as she was wagging her tail around them and kept going back to see them (maybe the treats helped)The shop has an extensive range of dog products at reasonable prices.I would recommend this store for a dog groom.

Yeah nice friendly staff took the Pomeranian in to get her nails clipped got them all done our dog was so good with no jumping around getting her nails done cool she got a wee treet for that when we got her home had her nails done there three times looking forward to her summer hair cut next month there there the best thanks guys cheers
