Easicut Mowers

They're honest and are good at what they do.I've scored then lower because we had to visit a few times to prompt them to assess the repair. Very friendly reach time.

I have used Easicut mowers on a couple of occasions over the last few years having previously used Honda. First the plus points, their charges are very reasonable especially compared to Honda, they even clean the mower fully after the service which I wasn't expecting, they are very polite. The only negative and the reason they miss out on being given five stars is how long it takes to turn any repairs or service round. On the last occasion and perhaps due to Covid and busy time of year it took them 5 weeks to repair the mower. It was very difficult to get through on the phone as it would not be answered. I would use them again still as I still believe they do a great job overall but just be prepared to part with your mower for a while.

Brilliant experience and advice from Craig when I needed to repair my 2 stroke strimmer after the petrol primer bubble had split. He sorted me out on the spot with a new bubble and new fuel lines and even gave my petrol tank a quick clean out . Really appreciate the exceptional service and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Took a hedge trimmer in 4 weeks ago , with a lead that had been severed , given a price I thought acceptable and 7/10 day turnaround . Last Friday having not heard from in nearly 3 weeks rang, to be told it would be done that weekend - went there tonight to retrieve it , again having not been called , to find it still hadn’t been done - a month and not even an apology disgraceful service

Excellent advice, service and price. I needed a petrol mower and strimmer, but online reviews were so contradictory that i thought talking to someone might help. And it did... They really know their stuff with no hard sell. From ordering to collecting (which included a instructional session) took no more than 36hrs. Highly recommend

Avoid like the plague. I took a hedge cutter and lawn mower to him for a service and he told me a week. 3 months later he charged me £150 for both. the hedge cutter is in worse state now since he had it. We took it back to him and again he said a week. Its been a month without any contact from him so we picked it back up. Complete blagger and waste of time. Dont bother

I have used these guys for the last 15 years or so, and perhaps they are a victim of their own success as the costs have risen quite a lot recently, and I got the sense on the last couple of times, that the service was not quite as thorough as in the past…..only because the machines did not run as smoothly for as long. They are however a friendly bunch, always helpful too….I use Honda machinery and have now taken my business elsewhere, hopefully things will run better, but of course it could well be that Honda don’t make them like they used too, and I am being a little too hard on Easycut…..if that is the case I will edit my review in the future and take it all back!

If we could give no stars we would! They had our mower for 3 weeks and did nothing to it, despite being assured by Craig and Paul that things were progressing. Now back to square one with a mower which doesn't work. Never had such appalling service and we will never use this company again! We definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.
