Staff extremely useless and no help what so ever,confusing costumers and keep saying order online not in shop as we got no stock,so why keep open if nothing in shop

I can’t tell you much about it, but it will be okay. It does well I can’t say anything more about the place is just wonderful no pictures

Ordered and paid for shirts and football socks that were supposed to be in the following week.Got a call after 2 weeks to say your order is here. I pair of socks no shirts. The shirts seemingly were on a different order so not In yet. Decided to wait and pick both up together. After repeatedly speaking to the assistants they ordered the shirts from another store. Went to pick up and was told the socks were not in yet. After insisting they were in, the lady had a look and found them. Would never use again. The store assistants either have had no training or have no interest can't make out which one.

Ordered in July for school jumpers before the guaranteed delivery date in time for school. Still not received my order, even tho I had an email 2 weeks ago saying I would definitely have them before school returns. I have been waiting 6 weeks now. Now they are not replying until the 12th September. Which means my kids are starting school with no school jumpers.

Girls who served me when I was collecting some school jumpers were very helpful and able to answer my questions when the opening times on the email were different to the opening times on the store window.Lovely spacious store and well organised and easy to see the different sections.Will be back to pick up more uniforms ready for the next school year.

My experience with this company is fairly grim. Ordered uniform beginning of Aug 21. Told it would be 5-6 days for it to come in, it wasn't.. I had to constantly phone (no body ever answered from the Carlisle store), email and visit the shop to find out why it had been delayed and when it would be ready.I literally had to que the day before the new school term started hoping my stuff was there. Luckily it was, I was just never told!. Second order i made was in October 21.this time I placed a big order online. Again I had to contact them to find out why it was taking so long. Was giving part of my order and got told the blazer I was waiting on would be ready by December (Shock it wasn't). Then I was told it would be January, it wasn't. I finally received the item yesterday 23 feb 22..I understand things have been delayed by their suppliers ect ect. But the fact that not once have any of the be uniform team contacted me off their own back to keep me updated and apologise for the delay or explain why it took so long is very bad customer service. Any contact ive had with them has been made by myself first by ringing or emailing them to chase it up, Very frustrating. I may be wrong? But if you make an order from a shop or online service and something is wrong or delayed the shop should contact you to explain the situation and not leave it up to the customer to constantly chase it up.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered and paid for uniform for my son before the summer holidays began and I’m still yet to receive it. I’ve tried phoning them over 30 times in the last two days and still my call hasn’t been answered. Considering that parents pay through the nose for school uniform from this company I would expect better customer service. Nothing quite like putting extra pressure on parents!

I was very pleased with the service I received in BE Uniforms. They had all what I needed in stock apart from 1 item which they ordered in for me and they let me know it arrived 3 days later. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Questionable sizing of senior uniforms; I found these extremely large. Delivery can be slow. Shame there is a delivery charge each time you order i.e. when your product is incorrect size and you need to return and re-order; can add to cost of already expensive uniforms. Tend to go elsewhere for trousers and shirts as a result.
