My made-to-order bag was designed to my exact specification and I was kept informed of its progress and felt as though I could approach the staff at Openhouse at any point in the design and manufacture process for updates and questions. Definitely recommend openhouse!

Openhouse is a brilliant place to work. It's family run business who provide equal opportunities. I started at Openhouse in January this year as a Digital Marketing Apprentice and have developed in the role, working independently overtime and growing in confidence in my own ability, maintaining current skills whilst gaining new ones, and taking on new aspects of the role such as design work. Openhouse manufacture bags mainly for the Emergency services, which are produces to the highest manufacturing standard.

An excellent company who have a keen eye for detail.My local Community First Responder group required a new rucksack, so we started looking for a new bag supplier. As I had previously used an OpenHouse product, I knew of their high quality and advised the group to use them. We contacted OpenHouse with an initial idea and the team were fantastic. From initial contact, to refining our design, to delivery of the bag, we could not find a single fault with OpenHouse. They were professional, prompt, and pulled out all of the stops to make sure our final product was perfect.I highly recommend that anybody looking for a new rucksack looks at the OpenHouse range. I've worked for Openhouse for 2 1/2 years now and I enjoy coming into work every day. I started out in customer services and when a position came up to move into the manufacturing side of things, I was offered it and gladly accepted. I've always been guided here and I have never been afraid to ask anyone for help or advice on how to do a task as everyone is approachable. My colleagues often reiterate if I need a hand with anything to just ask. At the same time, colleagues ask my advice also.It is nice to be in the environment of a family business where everyone gets on and works hard to achieve the best they can for themselves and our customers. Ordered 2 ready made bags arrived quick just as described good quality build fast and friendly customer service when I spoke to them about custom made bags able to give a good guide in lead time very helpful
