NCP Manchester Flightpath

Getting to the airport was fine. Coming back we landed at 6:15 terminal 1. We sat for a full hour at bus stop E and not a single pick up bus. We could not find a number to call, the website chat was ‘out of hours’ and the national contact number we were 18th in line on hold. What a disgrace. Every other shuttle service had been round 3-4 times. I was fuming, finally my young son found a picture under the google review by chance and we called it otherwise we would have been waiting all night. Finally got to the car at 7:45

Excellent service. Arrived at carpark at 6.15 am and we were greeted by the attendant who took our return flight details. A new 2022 plate mercedes Vito van came and the driver asked us to follow him to a free parking position. Parked up and the driver loaded our luggage in the car. We got dropped off at terminal 1 within 7 minutes of entering the car park. The driver gave us a phone number to dial when we were through passport control on return and told to wait at a designated bus stop outside the terminal. Called as instructed and the driver was there within minutes of us arriving at at the bus stop. Will definitely use again.

All good. Dropped car off, they had my details ready, took my keys and dropped us off at the terminal. On return, rang as we left the terminal and the bus arrived within 10 mins. Went straight back to the car park, keys and car ready for collection.

Have used these in the past. Very efficient and easy parking. The staff were sound even though we were liverpool supporters traveling to Talouse we had a bit of friendly banter with the Manchester lads drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Lads helped us out with our wheelchair user travelling companion. Good all round easy efficient service.

Expensive (but all airport parking is extortionate, so not outside the norm).Friendly, polite and helpful staff on the ground - kudos to them!The transfer to the airport did not take long (maybe 10 minutes), but the wait to enter (it's not ANPR, a member of staff has to appear, and press a button manually to operate the gate!), park and to wait for the minibus to be ready was substantial (20-30+ minutes or so) fine for us as we were there with plenty of time to spare, but if you were tight on time, it could be a problem.NB it's not a shuttle bus as such, you have to wait for the driver to take you.The car park does appear to be very secure, with high fences all round, and staff on-site. We are still away on holiday and I have no worries that the car will be safe.

Very efficient service with helpful and friendly drivers. Reasonable price given the other options (all more expensive). Dropped car and keys and taken immediately to terminal. Arrival back was 4 hours later than expected (after delayed flight) but staff not worried and came to get us immediately when we called. Car was safe and would 100% use again.

This place used to be excellent with a great team and facilities. There was a fleet vans transporting customers back and forward to the airport so little waiting about. They seem to have changed to using a big bus. This means much longer waits. Also the bus was overloaded with people including babies in pushchairs. The amount of luggage totally blocked the passage with suitcases being dangerously mobile.

They broke/dislocated my gear know on my new Lexus. I parked here 30th Oct to 2 Nov. They take the keys off you and park the car elsewhere in the car park. I asked them specifically if they knew how to drive newer cars and they reassured me that they could. When I got back, I found the gear knob loose and not straight.. clearly the person that moved my car tried to twist the gear (like a Range Rover) rather than slot it into gear. It has been over 1 week now and NCP have not acknowledged my complaint. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR TOO!

Booking online seemed simple enough however the website stated at the time “keep your keys” when in fact it was leave your keys. Wouldn’t have booked otherwise. (Website now changed after I left review on Feefo and received message from car park) Transfer to airport and back were good. Got back and was handed someone else’s car key. Pretty disappointing as the safety of cars clearly doesn’t matter. Will use JetParks next time.
