The staff in Sevenoaks branch were absolutely stars today. They couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They bent over backwards to help me out.

Love this store. The Newish manager is very helpful and she really knows her stuff. Service like that is what you need at 730 am!

I couldn’t be more complimentary for Steve Edmonds the manager of this store , I’m a trader that has dealt with a lot of members of staff through out the years and I’d put him up there with one of the best . Bit disappointed he’s not around Sevenoaks at the moment , but that said his attitude and dedication to his role in the topps tiles team should not be over looked . Very pleasant , extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for myself and others . All my customers I send to him feel the same . I was asked to leave this review from my husband Lavan Sasikethan, who cannot stop singing the praises of the staff at this store. Steve, the manager, is professional, polite and very informative. He adheres to his promises, contacts you in a timely manner. We had been processing large orders and we were kept well aware of any glitches or delays. Refunds were simple. Claire and James have been extremely helpful and friendly too. They definitely are our go-to store for tiles and tiles accessories as long as we live in Sevenoaks. Absolute credit to the staff who completely understand the local market and clientele.

Beware the calculations made by staff. Ended up £40 worth of tiles short despite paying for full number.

We popped into the Sevenoaks store to get some inspiration for a kitchen refurb we are doing. Must say the Manager there, Steve, is such a friendly guy and so knowledgeable for those not familiar with tiles. He showed us a host of ranges, explaining the difference between tile types, and gave advice on installing and finishes. He also gave us some names for local traders to get quotes on which was really helpful. Will defo be back to this store when ready to order as the staff in here all so friendly. We even got cups of tea and coffee.

I've had a trade account with Topps for years. I purchase twenty boxes of attingham tiles in White from the sevenoaks branch. I carried them all upstairs on the job I was working on and started tilling only to find that the tiles were all curved in the length. I had to remove about five tiles from the wall, and carry then all back downstairs and take them back to the store.James who I normally deal with was very helpful but the older women in the store was very rude and said that the ones that I'd used, would usually not be refunded ,and it was my fault for not checking the tile before I'd started tilling.Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible quality of tiles.I won't be using Topps anymore thanks to the rudeness of her.Very poor show Topps tiles

Amazing customer service- Shannon was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not really knowing exactly what we wanted she stayed with us and gave us the options. Worth a visit if you have a project and you are not sure on what you want and what you need to complete the job.
