Subway

Poor stale bread and poor service from the 2 girls - one was manager. She has no idea on customer service.On top of this the manager would not give me 2 paper cups for my young boys as they had a drink they wanted to share. She wanted to charge me 1.69 for each cup - this is after I already overspent on a foot long sub which was poor quality!I went to the mexican restaurant next door and the man happily gave me 2 paper cups and straws and I didn't even buy anything from their store! Just shows kindness goes a long way and what better better way to promote your brand.Overall I am getting sick of eating poor subs from subway

I guess this must be the worst subway ever I have visited and the most expensive one too . For a foot long the quantity of the meat they put is very less and they never care about the quality of the food as well. I ordered 2 foot longs or same sub and both looked completely different. The hygiene they never mind.. operating tills dealing cash and just coming and touching the food without even changing the gloves. Salads on the sub they give 4 little pieces of red pepper. Worst behaviour of staff and more expensive too. The serving plates are much dirty and looks like no one is cleaning that at all. That’s very bad. DO NOT USE THIS ONE.

Everytime I go to the outlet, I go to Subway because of my love for subs but every single time the staff are rude and disrespectful not only towards me but also towards others. There's no smile on their faces. They look angry, frustrated, annoyed and they don't like repeating things. I tried to be empathetic and polite but nothing changed. I'm tired of the same old behaviour. Can someone please do something about it?

Food was fresh. Ingredients looked fresh and service was quick and efficient. It looked well maintained and everything was in stock. Staff are good and polite. Probs the best place to eat in Swindon outlet at a reasonable price.

We had a great experience at Subway. I am on a gluten free diet and the server, who was welcoming and had a lovely smile, made sure that she changed her gloves and that all of her colleagues in the line also changed theirs when serving me. It is so reassuring to see such understanding of peoples dietary requirements. Well done.

The subway at this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Rude customer service, feels the staff really don't want you to come back, I've experienced bad customer service from this subway staff last year but ignore to put a review and this week for the love of subway food I happened to go again. And I'm in regrets now! Thought this place might have improved throughout the year but again I experience a very rude and unprofessional customer service, nothing has changed, Surely this place seems like running on by some influence and they don't care how rudely their customers are treated by their unprofessional staff. If you don't want to spoil your day after a pleasant shopping please avoid this subway at this place due to the rude staff, they just hate serving.

Not at all surprised with the other reviews, after a day of shopping my children were hungry for a garlic bread.The staff didnt even realise it was on the menu!After a long wait despite being the only one in the queue, it came burnt! there was a little smudge of butter and no garlic.. immediately i said this was unacceptable and requested politely for another to be madeSecond time...exactly the same, i was surprised that she even served it to me. Apparently the settings on the oven were wrong, maybe, but why would you give you give me a burnt bread twice in a row.This place should be a bakery with the amount of doughnuts there are here!

Don't drink the coffee hot brown water waste of money left it behind

I am a frequent customer to this subway but that will defo end today. I work in the Outlet myself and often go to the food court for food during my break. Today i was served by a very rude lady who was not welcoming at all. I was the only one in line and was waiting to be served. The lady proceeded to tidy things that were not in urgent need of tidying before serving me, not very 'customer first' focused.In between making my food with her gloves on, she continued to dust the back surfaces behind her with a dirty rag. When i POLITELY asked if she could change her gloves after cleaning before continuing to touch my food, she replied 'my shop and the rag is clean why do i need to change my gloves?' (which makes no sense because if your shop is clean then why are you cleaning it between making customers food? also idk where the rag has been and is obviously getting dirty when your use it to dust something!!) I then said i have worked in a subway previously in the past, which is true, and just mentioned that its normal to change gloves if needed, i just wanted to show empathy that i know what its like to work there. She then replied 'well my shop is clean, your shop may have been dirty but my shop is clean'... bit rude. She then said she will change her gloves just because she has to do what the customer says. She made it sound like i was causing her a major inconvenience by asking this of her which i wasn't, any normal person would prefer their food to be made with clean, dirt-free gloves in my opinion. Then when i left and began to eat my food, i could see that she put no effort in making my food and gave me a half-asked wrap that i couldn't even eat because she had put too much sauce on it, probably because she was too busy arguing back at me to focus on doing a good job :) went back to work and told my co-workers about this experience and they all agreed that she was extremely out of line for that. Personally i never treated anyone like that when i worked at Subway and i was only 18 years old back then. An old lady like her should know better :) xxI didn't even eat the wrap in the end because that experience fully made me loose my appetite. waste of £7 :( i get a lot of anxiety standing up for myself and requesting things like this and this experience really did not help in bettering that.ps. just because none of your co-workers were around to see, doesn't mean you should treat a customer like that, basic human compassion :))

Great place to get some nice fresh food. The service was good although a little slow. I was given plenty. The only issue were the tables needed a wipe down.
