Premier store

I've come here the last 4 times to pick up and return parcels and the man who has served me is extremely rude and hostile. Won't be returning again.

Very helpful team and always did what I was aiming for !

Just returned several parcels to this store, and I had a very bad experience. The employee did not provide any useful guidance on how to use the machine to produce the barcode, then criticized me for not using it correctly. Finally, he stood up and helped me, but he made at least five attempts to print it out. What was truly astonishing was that even after he had realized how difficult to use the printer, he continued to blame me for not being able to print it out myself. I feel sorry for the owner and other customers of this store, and I have decided that I will never return.
