I hired Irfan after other architects failed and I must say that Irfan did a great job not only with the planning application drawings but also in full technical drawings. Excellent guy always does as you ask and gets it done recently did my house extension drawings and dealt with everything from planning submitting approval and came on site to check everything was going smoothly and now we are in the process of getting new drawings for some flats and commercial shops . 5 stars all around highly recommended

I bought a new house for a project and 2Dio Architecture helped me plan and design the whole house from start to finish. Excellent service and particularly Irfan who kept in touch regularly throughout the whole process for any tweaks and amendments. In the end, I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the plan and design. Top quality and would highly recommend anyone looking to do anything in their house - from planning or interior design.

irfan did a amazing job on my bungalow design and to get it through planning.when kirklees council told me my land was only good for waste land after purchasing it as a building plot .The planners said because off the houses nearby that any design we put on the land will not be compatible as there are to many privacy issues. but irfan designed me a bungalow which met all the criteria. top ladnow the bungalow is build 8 months later all thanks to irfan architectural design thanks once again irfan it wouldnt have been possible without you .
