I saw John about a nagging upper back pain and by doing an assessment he quickly identified what the issue was. After the first treatment I was already feeling like a new person! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and he explains exactly the different techniques he's using and their benefits. I highly recommend being treated by John if you want to feel better!

As soon as you meet John he is warm and welcoming. His knowledge is brilliant and he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time you are there. He has helped me with an on going issue and created a plan to help with me to deal with it including exercises to do at home. He is always happy to give advice and help even when I don't have time to visit.

John is a very friendly and welcoming person and makes you feel at ease with every appointment, explaining what he finds and suggesting exercises to help you to continue training.
