Customer service is brilliant. Saf was amazing and helped me out a lot.

I first time used hire services. It was plate compactor for garden slabs and thought I would need for a weekend. It turned out to be 2 weeks job as I decided to do driveway as well. I was supposed to inform Speedy brach but I did not know. On my return Claire and Saf wrote off charges roughly £58 for oversubscribing without notice. They also gave me transformer and cable at discount rate. They are super helpful and cooperating for diyers. I highly recommend speedy at Halesowen branch for your next DIY hire.

I would change the name to Speedless Sevices! Hired an electric wacker, terrible service, machine came without cable to plug in ...this should be mandatory as it can't work without it! Had to get an electrician to make a special 3 pin lead for it to work. Damaged my blocked paving as they drag along the ground. My gardener had to offer to help them lift it up when they came back to collect it so as not to do anyore damage! Tried to increase my deposit that I already paid online to £250 and then took forever to give me my deposit back...actually they seemed to have forgotten even after I spoke to the manager, so had to call back only to find out it had not been processed at all! Another thing; you can't arrange delivery from 8 - 5 that's ridiculous..no one has that amount of time to hang around...give a reasonable delivery time at least! Definitely won't be using them again..avoid nightmare!!
