Oscar saw Connor for his annual check up and jabs. He was excellent and understanding as I was concerned Oscar had been sneezing and coughing and I was concerned it was his heart problems worsening.

Went for annual inspection and booster jab for our dog. New vet was very gentle but positive. Dog didn’t flinch when given her injection, and seemed happy and relaxed during vets examination. We felt vet had done a thorough checkup, and our dog seemed quite relaxed about the experience which is so very important.

Appointments very easy to arrange on-line. We arrived, were greeted by the receptionist, and went in to see Tim Murphy so quickly we didn’t even need to sit down. Tim is the perfect Vet. Knowledgeable, practical, reassuring and very friendly. Everything was excellent.

I took my Minature poodle for her annual checkup & vaccine booster & everything went really well. She gets so excited when she goes to the vets due to the reception staff always fussing her & her experience with the vet went well as well. Michael was fantastic with her even though she tried to jump off the table. Even when she had her vaccine she didn’t whimper at all. All in all, a good experience. Thank you

Generally good care for our cats except young and inexperienced vets, one of whom completely misdiagnosed what would have been a fatal condition if another vet elsewhere hadn't understood what was going on and sorted out treatment. Charge £30 to submit a claim even for the misdiagnosed 'complaint', which should have been included in the claim made for eventual correct treatment. Which they continued. Another £130 lost in excess and charges because of that.

Town & Country Veterinary Centre
We have recently joined this Veterinary Practice and have brought our English Bull Dog puppy and German Shepherd dog for vaccinations.I have been really impressed with the high quality of care we have received so far, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and the Vets we have seen have been approachable, highly experienced and kind.I would highly recommend Town and Country Vets.
