We called in on a Saturday morning unannounced and the staff did everything that they could so that we could get back on the road ASAP.Very knowledgeable with the trade and particular with their workmanship.Service was definitely with a smile.We would 100% recommend Custom Built Caravans.

I would have given this company zero stars if it was possible. We first went to them for a quote in September 2018 and should have realised there were problems when it took 6 weeks to get a quote. We have drawn plans, found suppliers for what we wanted given electrical drawings and seemed to do most of the groundwork for our conversion. We waited patiently for a commencing date and phoned up repeatedly to confirm everything. Eventually, in November, Kev said the first week in January so when that came around I phoned to say I will be bringing the van down only to be told we are a little behind and bring it in the following week. I have just got off the phone with Kev who has now informed me he has too much work and will not be able to fit me in - and this is waiting since September! I was given 6 months to convert from a panel van to a campervan by my insurance company otherwise the premium would rise and that is now weeks away. I have been totally let down by this company and put in a very bad position as it's going to be impossible to find a company to convert within my time frame.

Excellent work and excellent guys, would highly recommend, so happy with our camper conversion. Easy to deal with and really helpful. I rang a few other places before and these guys were the only ones who were super helpful and friendly from the start.

Kev & the team have done a great job from start to finish. Kev listened to what we wanted & did a fantastic job. Our van being an unusually rare conversion didnt faze them, the end result is even better than we hoped.Thanks againGary

I wouldn’t give any stars but you have to !!! I bought a air conditioner unit and it was damaged internally I have messaged about 7 times and the messages get read and no reply what a joke of a company wouldn’t waste my time
