First time in 38 years doing this was a good experience

I have a vacancy for an experienced tradesman at Castle Marble Ltd based in brownhills and i am still waiting on them to call for details regarding the jobNot very good at all when I need staffIs this place actually open

Staff here are really unhelpfulI don’t know if it’s because they choose to be or that they are not very intelligent

I am very angry and upset on how one of the members of staff spoke to my mom today when she had an appointment over the phone and made her feel very down and upset, my mom already struggles with anxiety and this situation has made her 10x worse and I am absolutely disgusted, Sandi is the women my mom spoke to. But now I have to see my poor mom in this state and makes me upset knowing she’s struggling just for someone to kick her while she’s already down

It's very daunting signing on for the first time that I can honestly say I was made to feel at ease and I can't thank the staff in Brownhills for all their help
