Been taking my alfas to Brian for six years and have always found the service to be excellent. Brian knows his cars and is always happy to chat and give advice. I have always felt that I get a high quality service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend shawlands motor company.

Lets start with the good things: very friendly, and had a slot the next day. But there were quite a few things off: They charged a bit more than they quoted without mentioning it, I had to ask for an invoice (which I expect as standard) and even then it as not itemised, I asked them to do 3 minor jobs , only one of them was visible (changing a light bulb) - and that one wasn't done, they quoted me £525 for a job i ended up paying £140 in another garage. I did email them before posting this because i wanted to give them a change to explain themselves - their reply didn't really explain any of this. Maybe I was just unlucky and they are usually fantastic. Nice people, so I really don't enjoy giving a bad review...
