Dr. Alison Elsey came highly recommended. This is a thorough, personal consultation with her; lots of time to discuss all of my concerns regarding Menopause and for all examinations, blood tests, height, weight, etc to be completed. Prescriptions are efficiently dealt with and medication was delivered to my home within days. Every member of staff I met was kind, considerate and thoughtful. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. After talking through my medical history I was given an optional examination and then all of the options available to me were discussed. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Blown away by the quality of treatment from Alison and Wendy. They took their time in asking questions and listened patiently, I never felt rushed. The treatment plan was most definitely personal to me and not an “off the shelf one size fits all”. The Service that Alison & Wendy give is incredible, I would absolutely recommend them. The knowledgable information, their ability to listen and the speed at which things get done is incredible.I have had a very difficult year with Peri-menopause symptons becoming more and more debilitating. The struggle I've had with the NHS is why I decided to go with the Menopause Decisions Clinic, it was the best decision I've made.
