Sadly got recommended too this business and really wish I did not listen too the person shocking customer service bought a bike from these guys through eBay says on add ran sweet 3 months back so you expect from a shop yeah great not been long time will still be fine but nope engine full of water the spark plugs was that crusted up how did they even spark ignition wires cut wiring total bodge job I contact them wanting partial refund just to get the parts needed to sort the engine and nothing but in professional attitude saying was spares or repair maybe but don't say ran sweet when it's a total lie then I say Iv filled out a small claims then tells me good luck with that one seriously bad attitude seriously un professional so guys beware

Proper bike shop! Always excellent service and zero faff. From classics to modern superbikes, they know their stuff. I trust them implicitly with my bikes.

Needed to get an MOT for my motorcycle and these guys were able to get it done within a days notice. They turned it around in under an hour, will be coming back for future MOTs and servicing needs.

Finally found “the proper place” where I can trust to leave my BMW GS1200.I have been in many different repairs shops in London and some didn’t even want to work with BMW. Others didn’t find the problem my left cylinder had. Others thought was something else and said it was repaired when it wasn’t…It took just 3 seconds and 1 question for Harry to identify the problem and solution. How is that possible?? Did Harry studied for the NASA? Who knows but swing the level of others it could be possible.Swallow Motor Company is ONLY 90 MINUTES AWAY from my home but it is official that, from now on, Harry will be the only one who touches my GS.They also do MOT’s so that’s perfect to have my yearly service when doing MOT. The best way to keep your bike as it deserves.Thanks a lot Harry. It’s been a pleasure!

Its a great bike shop..jus had my MOT done on my Honda Fireblade by the Ex Honda trained technician Bill Bailey.Very honest place to go and the work is 10/10.

5 stars is not enough. Went there for the first time to de-cat my bike(Kawasaki Z900). It was done is little time and very professionally done. Second time went back for a full service, radiator fluid flush and brakes and the guys were amazing. I will be back next week for new tyres and I know they won't let me down. Reasonable priced and very professional job.!! Will use this garage from now on and definitely recommend it .

I use this company very regularly, Harry has always been upfront with what work needs doing and the costs. Even on short notice they've helped me out. I have a 2008 Honda cbr 600rr and i use it to travel from the Isle of Wight to my work in Harrow every day. So you can imagine it needs ALOT of regular checks etc.

I dealt with Harry, fantastic service and very friendly. I came here with a yamaha mt09 2022 and he took care of the bike really well. For me he is the best in the business and yes I shall certainly go to swallow motor company again, no where else.

Finally found a bike garage that can be trusted to do a good job. I've taken my bike there a few times, most recently following my bike being knocked over. There was some difficulty getting parts but the guys went above and beyond to get it sorted. I have no reservations in recommending this place!
