Enroute from North Scotland to Cambridge my car decide it wished to part ways with an trim panel just outside Dunbar. Managed to secure the panel from scraping along the road with a usb cable thanks Ford for choosing to use plastic clips instead of nuts and bolts. These guys saved the day just before closing on a Saturday afternoon and I cannot recommend them enough, straight on the ramp and a repair job better than what was factory fitted within a few minutes and they didn't even judge me too harshly on my temporary repair job. In all seriousness a great job, helpful, decent place massive thank you to the team who saved the day.

Went in to order a couple of bikes on Sunday. A larger in-store selection would've been good but I appreciated everyone had been looking for bikes. Sadly the young guy ordered my girlfriend the same sized bike as me, despite her being a noticeable 6 or so inches shorter. This evening, when we went to collect, Louis who was extremely helpful had to break the news that her chosen bike wasn't even available from the warehouse. So we will have to take our custom for 1 of 2 bikes elsewhere. Great service from Louis but I think Chris needs a wee bit more computer training.

On holiday, got a flat a few miles our from Berwick. Staff were quick to come out and did everything possible to help us get vehicle back or on the road. The tire was not repairable but they did what was needed to enable us to drive somewhere to get it done. I interacted with 3 members of staff and all were lovely, friendly and helpful. I rarely leave reviews bit felt these folks warrant a good review!

Booked my car in for the aircon re-gassing at 10 am this morning. When I made the appointment I was quizzed on the age and make of the car in order to establish the type of gas required to complete the job. Arrived early for the appointment and left the car with them. When I returned at 11am I was told the car wasn't started as they had run out of gas and would I like to go away ahain and come back later. What sort of company makes appointments to carry out repairs on vehicles and then can't complete the job and why didn't they contact me to say they had an issue. Needless to say I am unlikely to use them again

Time keeping/management is atrocious!! Booked my car in for the brake fluid and coolant to be replaced at 10.30, arrived a little early and was told they had no spare ramps and it would be about 40 minutes until one was available. I decided to go away and return as I had my mum and baby with me. After returning I was told it would be an hour so we left the car and walked along to the nearest shop always conscious of the time, an hour passed and I left my mum and went back to the garage where I could see my car still up on the ramp to be told it would be a little bit longer as the job takes two people and he'd had to take someone off another job, surely they knew it was a two man job and had enough mechanics in for the work load?! Time passed and the car didn't move all the while my little boy was getting more and more fractious and I just kept getting told it wouldn't be long! Finally the car came off and driven out, again I was told it wouldn't be long as it was driven round the back and put back on the ramp for quality checks and again assured it would only be a couple more minutes.....I finally drove away at 1.15 and considering my car was booked in at 10.30 for an hour this is far from acceptable!!! I would rather have been told it was going to be 3 hours and be ready to collect then I could have made alternative arrangements to fill in the day rather than rushing about and pacing around a waiting room with a grumpy baby for an hour!! Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future!

General incompetence.Have been sent here twice through my warranty company. for fairly simple issues that I could have resolved myself but as is, my vehicle is under warranty. On both occasions my time has been wasted due to poor communication from and amongst the staff. I made made 3 visits over a combined time of 6 hours just to get a battery replaced. I then had a further appointment to have a squeeling brake inspected. After leaving the vehicle with them at my allocated time, no inspection was carried out after 2 hours, only finding this out on returning at the agreed time to come back for the car.Incredibly frustrating.

Got car serviced here after a fuss free experience getting an oil change a few months ago. Booking and organising the date was easy, initial quote for cost was within £10 of the final cost, staff ready to receive vehicle and very competent when explaining work done on car when went to collect it. Only (minor) gripe is their computer system seems a little slow and the outside of the reception on the main building could do with some redecorating/repainting as it looks a little tired. Will use again.
