Heathrow International Airport

Always found terminal 5 in particular to be extremely efficient

Large, impersonal and confusing. Like all other airports.

Very busy airport, didn't get much, if any help.

In the end, it might be faster to come from Papeete to Los Angeles than from Heathrow to Zagreb.. sitting in the airplane full of people for 3.5 hours already and we still do not have any info when or if we will fly away... while we can see other planes landing and flying as usual.

Someone at that airport needs to go to any airport in the US or Europe and learn how to efficiently run an airport.From 1.5 hour security when just connecting, to not enough gates, to buses taking you off and on international flights (with no sense of order or without having enough of the dilapidated city board)... the list is ongoing... And this was for British Airways flights... I cannot fathom what less important airlines go through.If connecting at Heathrow give yourself at least 3 hours... Anything less and your risking missing your next flight.

Dear Ladies and GentlemenWe flew to London with our class of 12 students on BA. We had to wait 1 hour at Zurich airport on the outbound flight and then another 45 minutes at the baggage carousel. Everything was so disorganised by BA. On the return flight, however, our nightmare came true. Our flight was cancelled and the British Airways staff had no desire to help us. They told us we had to sleep at the airport and they couldn’t book us a hotel room. Simply an impertinence! These incompetent BA staff wanted 12 minors to sleep at the airport. The staff didn’t even bother to look for flights or hotel rooms. The whole trip with British Airways was a total disaster. Never again British Airways!!!!!!!!

They don’t update departure times when 5 hrs late and then plane lands at 2am or later. Main airline British walks away from terminal with no signage or audible accurate messaging of flight being late of mechanical issue and no gives out no voucher. Had to beg lounge for voucher for cancelled onboard meal as no airline help staff in terminal area. Inconsiderate airport manager who blames the customer on a different matter. No or rare places to charge phones and other devices. Weak WiFi and phone service. Posts gates hr or 90min before leaving creating uneven densities of people in airport.
