I tried this place out yesterday as I needed my nails done ASAP and my usual place wasn’t open. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wanted a full set of nail extensions with a French manicure design and a pedicure with shellac (something I’ve had done at multiple salons for years) and they initially tried to charge me £122! After debating I agreed to just have pink gel powder on my nails with no polish just a clear coat and it still came to £86. She cut my toenails down far too low and didn’t even remove dead skin in the pedicure. Then the lady doing my hands messed up like 4 of the nails they’re uneven, bumpy and slanted. I kept pointing out issues but they didn’t care and were just rushing me out. Got home and literally had to paint over them all myself because they were terrible. Complete waste of money and totally overpriced. There’s literally a shop a one minute walk from there that is 100 times better and has a bigger selection of colours etc too!

Had the worse experience with SNS French ! Nails looks like they were not done at all and try to sell you other products and rip off!!!

Bad service and very rushed. Avoid!!I had an appointment for 1 p.m for eyebrown threading.I got there like 3 minutes before and could see the person before me hadn't started her treatment yet.The person that checked me in called someone else and said the client had been waiting for a long time.The lady before started her treatment which was eyebrow threading and tinting. In the time her tinting was being done I was called by the same lady. She was planning to do my eyebrows in the meantime.I have got sensitive eyes so had to stop a couple of times . The lady was rushing me and getting inpatient and sighing. She also said the problem was I have got loads of hair and she her client waiting ( the lady who's eyebrow are tinting). She could see I was upset however she did not apologized or offer a discount .I was out by 13:13 h .So in 13 minutes the other lady got her eyebrows tinted started,my eyebrows were done and my payment was taken. Why was I rushed?????Eyebrows are not looking bad but not great either and the whole experience was stressful and unpleasant.This is a shame as I work nearby now and was planning to use their services more as quite convenient for me.Also, when taking my payment, my card did not work at 1st attempt and she started signing again.I get we can all have a bad day and not be out best. I do myself have to face clients everyday . However, there is a difference between those days and being straight up rude and not making you feel your eyebrows are in good hand.I actually felt like they were doing me a favour and I was disturbing them and just wanted to get me out !Not good ! I have eyebrow threading done often and this was one of the worst experience. Also not the chippest!

Very very poor manicure - never had a worse one in my life. I did a gel manicureIn order:- color placed poorly, uneaven and placed at least 3mm away from the beginning of the nail (i.e, looks like my fresh manicure is 10 days old)- nails filed and shaped are crooked-cuticles not removed- extremely slow- no oil at the end- dirty location - operator did not have gloves

Most awful manicure experience of my life. Staff so incredibly unprofessional and rude. Each member of staff quotes a different price for the same service, the polish they used literally peeled off after 2 hours and when I went to get it fixed the lady said she had no time in a super rude and aggressive manner and refused to be helpful in any way. Also the shellac manicure looked very bad for the £51 that I was charged, the polish was not painted to the edge of the nail, it looked like the polish had been there for 3 days! I am never going back there and would not recommend.

I went with my friend to do my nails, with an experience box that I had been given on my birthday. RES LETTER DAYS. They wanted to make me pay because they said they had no contract with that company, after 1 hour arguing with the manager and calling the cashier's company I was able to leave. The nails did not last 24 hours, quality garbage and HORRIBLE attention. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE IN MY LIFE!!!!They did not put anything under the red and when I took it off after 3 days, my nails were orange

I won’t be going back. Expensive with no customer service. They have zero idea how to deal with their customers. The salon is dirty. Their employees sit around chatting. It’s lost it’s place. It’s empty and they have no idea why. They can’t see how terrible this place has become. The management of there actually is any needs to be present as all their non English speaking girls couldn’t give a stuff and quite rightly so. No leadership. No one to deal with the many problems and just a rubbish service

While the manicurist was very good, my pedicure was actually very painful -it was clearly done by a trainee who was being supervised, and definitely needed more training - he was filing my skin instead of nails and my skin is still raw and red! Please train your staff before subjecting them to paying customers - I wish I had gone to a different place.
