Used this tailors a few times for basic adjustment to trousers without any problems and some good work. Can't comment on more involved requirements but it's always busy so people must trust and recommend them

I had trousers taken in, tapered and shortened and jackets altered. Absolutely first class job. This is the place to have your clothes altered.

X3 pair of curtains brought up. Served by male proprietor. Requested one pair be thermal lined. All understood and agreed. £95 and we paid cash with no rush to finish job. Thermal lining not done only to be told by blond Polish female that price was for taking up only and that I would have to bring my own thermal material in. Could the proprietor have not explained this? As far as I’m concerned he agreed to do it. She was happy for me to walk out the door unhappy at an incomplete job. Feel scammed. Quality of work done good.

I have had multiple jobs done at Master Tailors and have been very very satisfied with the work everytime. From creating a custom sized curtain for me to making my jeans the correct size or simply giving my favourite pair of shorts a new lease of life with new a new zip! Highly reccomended.

Hello VIC Reeves!!!Thank you for taking your time to leave this review!First of all, I don't know why you made mePolish without knowing my nationality!I want to inform you that I have two nationalities but neither Polish, one of them being British!I explained quite nicely that it was a misunderstanding regarding the curtains and the cost only for shortening was the one you paid!I was so polite and explained very warmly that if you bring your own lining the boss is happy to do them!!I advise you to ask other tailors how much money it would cost you only to shorten the curtains that we done for you!Kind regards

Put in trousers to get fully lined which was done at a reasonable price, unfortunately in the process they managed to cut the fabric at the knee. Obviously they repaired it but they did not inform me of the damage caused and it is obviously noticeable. Not happy.
