Excellent service, the couple who run this shop are very friendly, approachable and have excellent people and pet skills. I can't fault this place, they understood that & from the moment I visited I was on a budget and did not try to push the expensive range or judge me for it. I will be going back because they are very good.

Excellent as ever. Needed to get a warmer coat and bigger harness for my whippet. Tried on different ones and my dog got treats as part of the process!

We call at Barkers when we're in the area and they are always friendly, welcoming, with a wide range of products. But for 3yrs+ I'd tried to replace our pups waterproof coat but couldn't find anything that equalled it - even online. He's an 'outdoor-wet-muddy-long walks' dog so his coat has to be right. It was now in a *very* sorry state and well past its end-date. I mentioned it and immediately the amazing lady brought out the same brand, in his perfect size. And, oh my goodness, it has been amazing. Keeps him completely warm and dry and is breathable. I'd even been down looking at the coats on several visits, but it took the eye of a 'professional' to be able to say 'that's the one'. It even has reflective tape his previous one didn't have and yet is essential now it's dark nights again. Barkers know their products and source quality items ... and Floyd can't thank you enough! :o) x

I've not been in Barkers Pet Supplies since Florence sold the business. The new owners are very welcoming and friendly. They were able to offer great advice and I was able to make a purchase albeit a very small one. There's no need to go out of town when Barker's Pet Supplies is here on our doorstep, shop local and support local businesses!

Small pet shop with an array of pet supplies. Very helpful and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Located on the main road, there is no parking directly outside the shop but there is limited on street parking further along the road.

Visited on Saturday for a harness and lead for my puppy. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.
