Came in wanting some hot Sausage rolls on a cold day and the ones on display had been there for 10 minutes. I left to continue my shopping and when I came back 10 minutes + later, the same ones were still there and some were fused together. As I was feeling hungry, I asked if they could put some in fresh as greggs always say that if you ask, their staff would be happy to do so. Unfortunately, they said that they couldn't as they had to use up what was there first. Very disappointing.

Great value for money, but they need to focus more on keeping the place clean. Often quite messy inside, puts me off eating-in. I worry what it will look like in another year.

Terrible female staff member more interested in texting on her phone than serving. I waited behind two people in queue to get served. She served the first customer, she left the second for her colleague whilst she texted on her phone. Her colleague then finished serving that customer then he had to get sausage rolls out of the oven. I was still waiting whilst she continued on her phone. I waited a while then just put the sandwiches back and left. I wouldn’t go in again. She didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting. Bad service. Bad attitude.
