Incredibly caring and incredibly knowledgable would be the words to describe this business in a nutshell.You can tell it's a family run business simply by how much they care equally about customers and their pets.My first visit here ensured I would be a customer for life. Jess was amazing with her advice and was so understanding and helpful with a few things in regard to my rescue Labrador. The owner and other family/staff members have also been really fantastic.I cannot recommend highly enough. Go and see for yourself!

Best all-in-one place for your fur babies in the valley. Kim and her team at the Groom Room are amazing. The variety of food, treats, toys and leads etc for your pet is fantastic. The staff are great at giving a helping hand if needed, and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone with a fur baby.
