Avoid this shop ! I've bought few days back a couple of PS4 games and I didn't check them, today when I tried to install them, two of them the discs are scratched.Not happy with this at all !

A busy store with a good range of electronics. I visited on Saturday 09-04 to buy a graphics card to replace my dying one which was already 2nd hand. Some 10 choices, all on the top shelf so not very visible, but a good mix of prices/performances available.I'd like to thank Jodie (Jody? Jodi?) for her excellent service and great attitude: she was very patient while I examined the cards available and made my choice, and highly knowledgeable in the store's warranty and returns policies. She spoke clearly and with confidence, and in turn so could I, despite usually having some social nerves.Jodie is certainly a competent representative who made my visit a pleasant experience, and I hope to see her again next time I come in for some parts!Safe to say the new card is working...for now. No doubt time (and a few gaming sessions) will tell.

Hi, I bought a iPhone 11 Pro at this place and came to know that the battery health was really bad (79%) Before buying this phone I was told that if there was any problems, I could just get it fixed with the 24 months warranty with you guys . So I went to the shop and they tested the phone. They said they tested it for 45 minutes where I could But they only tested it for 12 minutes and saying the The batteries not affected, but then I contacted Apple and they said it needs to be changed . So I have been lied to from you guys (You said you left it on for 45 minutes) When I checked in settings todays usage was only 12 minutes. When I use this phone for meetings within 40 minutes this phone is low battery (10%) . I expected for you guys to change it but what a got is lied to . Once again before buying I asked if there was a problem with battery will it be covered (They said yes) And now they are not

went into the shop earlier this week and was served by an extremely rude man, think i heard someone call him craig. he was very unhelpful when i asked him questions about one of my games and it was overall not a pleasant experience. as someone who works in retail too there is no need to treat customers in this way.

Once again had a good experience at CeX. Friendly helpful staff who reiterated the process. Called me up to advise an item was not working. Money in back before you know it. Very satisfied.

*AVOID AVOID AVOID*Cashed in my S21 Ultra and used £70 of the cash on a tablet only to find that the tablet ran ridiculously slow and kept disconnecting from the WiFi.I took the tablet back 20 minutes later after being told that if there were any problems they will take returns no questions asked. I told them about the problems and they said that they can only give me store credit. I tried to get my phone back along since I had all receipts and they refused. I had to spend the £70 voucher on an item I did not need or want.I will NEVER use CEX again and regardless of what the manager has to say about this review the staff were completely useless and did not care.CEX will take your money for a bad product, only to palm you off with vouchers for more bad products when dealing with returns.

My card was stolen and used to charge $214.54 at your store on august 17th and I’ve been trying to have this issue resolved since if someone could get in touch with me to get this matter resolved directly with the merchant that would be great thank you

They don't understand what's on the Xbox CDs that they sell. So when they sell them with no DLC, they mean that there's no equivalent key code in the box. Microsoft don't put cd keys in the box but they know from the cd whether it's been used elsewhere. I wasn't prepared to argue with them let alone trust that they'll give me the same CD pertaining to the box. Ie they had about 8 copies of Destiny for £1.50 and one of them had Destiny Taken Ring ie it's the same game but with the Taken Ring expansion on it. When I approached them and queried, they just eluded to that it's a No DLC all the same. Last year I had to go via resolver to get them to retest 8 hard drives because they said they were all faulty. After complaining, only two were faulty. (They probably weren't but I accepted the issue.)
