Was introduced to TMA via our architect for sash windows replacement during house renovation project. Quality was superb and we ended up using TMA for all carpentry work in our house: kitchen, floors, bathroom units, staircase, wardrobes, furnitures, fences. Great advise and guidance throughout the process, when faced with difficulties to decide as a client. Craftsmanship throughout! I don’t let anyone else touch my house, but TMA.

Big mistake booking these guys. Terrible communication, rude and disrespectful. Extraordinary policy of insisting on 95% payment up-front, not caring about the finishes or customer service AT ALL. The sash windows are good, but the stress has been awful. Avoid.

Terrible experience, no attention to detail. Careless approach to work. Was forced to pay in full before installation of simple vanity unit. Drawer didn’t shut, worktop wrong dimensions, couldn’t be bothered to take the final survey measurements. Having to pay someone else to rectify. Avoid at all cost. Not worth your time or money. Should have read some reviews beforehand. Do not engage with this company! They will try and blame the customer for their mistakes.
