Brilliant little shop with so much to offer.

Phoned the store this afternoon to check if they had something in stock, the chap couldn’t find any so we finished the call, moments later he called back to say he had some. Sale made and now looking forward to a delicious dinner later!

I walked in to this lovely shop by chance yesterday and it was delightful.The lady owner served me and was helpful and kind ; everything one would wish for from a small shop. Great quality produce, vitamins and a variety of health products... Try to stop by Wild and Free when in the area...

My first time here because I could only find Rye Flakes here and no where else in the Town centre.Very friendly owner and shelves packed full products and fresh produce at reasonable prices. Easy to get to and only walking distance from the clock tower.Parking on street is available at 50 pence for the first half hour.Recommended establishment

Great shop with a wide range of great value organic and ethically sourced products. The owner Steve is a top bloke, very helpful. Highly recommend Wild and Free.

A small shop, but packed with goodness. Being vegan it's not always easy to find products around Rugby, but Wild and Free has all my needs under one roof. Brands like Tofurky, Violife cheese, delicious egg-free mayonaise (with a yummy garlic flavour too), organic breads, fresh produce. There's never been a day where I've gone in there and they didn't have what I needed in stock.Wild and Free is truly a blessing.The only downside is it's not in the most easy to reach spot of Rugby, but certainly not the worst. If they moved into the town centre I'd probably go broke because I can't get enough of the amazing selection.
