National Windscreens

One star is too many.

my car windscreen was changed but unfortunately they destroyed my car, the windshield is put below, the broken plastic curtain, the wing on the right side detached the guy said is nothing whe can do about that, the keder on the edges broken and on top all detached with the plastic support on the screws missing, under the hood broken plastic from the wipers, etc., after 1 week I was fooled that it will change without any problem, yesterday when I spoke to them they said that there is nothing book for this car, today they said that they ordered but did not receive answer and will let me know. This is poor service ever received

Absolutely appalling. Have been let down dismally by this company who remain, after more than five weeks, totally uncaring that they have left me for this unacceptable length of time without a glass rear windscreen on my car. Pointing out to them that I am personally unsafe in the car in this state, that my car is unsecured when parked, elicits a response of 'it's not our fault'. Communications are dismal. They do not ring back when required to. Staff are useless and disinterested in putting themselves out to help me. The suggestion that they at this point attempt to find an alternative solution is met with: 'oh, we couldn't do that'. They should change their name to National Disgrace, not National Windscreens.
